Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Finance, Accounting & Tax activities.

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Manage tax reporting, tax planning, and tax compliance processes.

• Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency.

• Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial Finance, Accounting & Tax role.

• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow.

• Experienced in financial reporting and financial analysis.

• Proficient in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
